**Job Purpose** To assist in overall Administration, Operations and Logistics management related to the recruitment and intake of egg & sperm donors and the matching of those donors to Intended patients. **Duties** 2. Work closely with clinicians and clinical staff to provide exceptional, compassionate patient care for patients undergoing treatment. 3. In charge of the entire process of the matching procedure (Donor and Recipient). 4. Handles all inbound calls and queries from prospective and current clients. 5. Provide education, counselling and support to recipients, donors and the procedure of matching process. 6. Support and guidance for couples looking to use an egg or sperm donor in future IVF treatment. 7. Maintaining the parties’ anonymity and confidentiality. **Requirements**: 1. Possess a minimum of a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. 2. Fresh graduates and non-graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. 3. Comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship will be provided. 4. Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) would be added advantage. 5. A people-oriented individual who derives satisfaction from networking and cultivating relationships. 6.
