**Responsibilities**:

- To assist Local Purchasing Manager on operational matters pertaining to Local Purchase Department.
- To maintain procurement records such as items or services purchased, cost, delivery, product quality, performance and inventories.
- To discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, suppliers and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action.
- To negotiate with supplier to obtain product or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule.
- To liaise with local supplier on the delivery status of each long outstanding order.
- To monitor & update report for outstanding order from time to time.
- To liaise with local supplier on non-conformance products.
- To ensure all the direct delivery by the mills / suppliers are carry out in good orders and condition.
- To liaise with logistic department on all direct delivery to ensure documents are forwarded to logistic department for billing.
- Any other duties and responsibility as and when necessary, at ad-hoc basis.

**Job Requirements**
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
- Able to work independently, good interpersonal skill, self-initiator and good teamwork.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
