**About Us**:
**Description**:
**Essential Functions**:

- Analyzes business requirements and functional specifications by providing timely technical solutions.
- Provides accurate estimates for the completion of technical specification, development, and unit testing.
- Experience with OData service provisioning through SAP Netweaver Gateway.
- Innovates and updates the latest technologies coming up in the field of SAP and enterprise mobility.
- Transforms business requirements into technical specifications, with a comprehensive unit testing plan.
- Executes the unit test plan, to ensure desired functionalities are working as expected.
- Creates presentations and other materials, as required, for knowledge transfer to the support team.
- Works cooperatively with other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
- Participates in Rizing product development and reusable solutions.
- Provides timely progress updates to the team lead and manager, to ensure visibility of the work assigned.
- Identifies issues and risks to the team lead and manager, to ensure timeliness of delivery.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Essential Functions (Continued)**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- 5-11 years of experience working in ABAP and/or U15 Consultant in SAP implementation.
- Experience with minimum 3 full cycle implementation projects.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a technology organization.
- Experience working in a global organization.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)**:

- Significant experience in ABAP implementation Plant Maintenance, Project System, and Material Management.
- Well versed in technologies like ABAP Object, Enhancement Techniques, Dialog Programming, Performance Tuning, Forms (Smartforms & Adobe), Data service provisioning, and Web Dynpro development.
- Familiar with Project Management templates like Workflow, Web Service, Process Integration, and SAP Cloud.
- Willing to learn new technologies and open to new challenges.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage conflict and change within complex projects.
- Projects self-confidence and enthusiasm, has a professional demeanor, a team player, and positive attitude.
- Accountable and responsible for following rules and regulations.
