Engage with customers through telephone-based sales techniques to respond to their support inquiries aligning with established training, standards, and policies

Provide expert diagnosis, resolution, and issue tracking for end users based on guidelines, documentation, and scripts

Act as a trusted consultant to guide customers in onboarding, developing, and optimizing advertising campaigns through telephone-based marketing

Identify and understand customer needs and objectives through consultative sales interactions

Take responsibility for driving increased ad spend, upselling, and ensuring the sustainability of customer accounts

Manage a high volume of potential clients to meet sales targets and objectives

Who are we looking for?

Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field; for Diplomas' you should have at least 5 years of full-time experience

At least 02 years of full-time experience in sales and/or digital marketing

Is analytical and has a logical mindset

Has strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions

Works in an organized and structured manner

Has a creative mindset and a good understanding of customer needs

Speaks native Vietnamese, good at English

Willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
