Responsible to assist Head of Department to ensure all repair and service jobs are completed in timely manner.
- Ensure ETP discharge (together with lab team) complies to DOE requirements.
- Read and record meters and gauges to make sure that plant equipment is working properly.
- Arrange sample to lab for effluent water quality check.
- Adjust the amount of chemicals at ETP as and when necessary.
- Fix chemical leaks and upkeep equipment cleanliness.
- To carry out general repair and maintenance of pump/valve/pipeline etc at production, ETP, tube well and factory compound as and when necessary.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision, independent and pro-active.
- Ability in performing trouble shooting for electrical devices, mechanical parts and pneumatic devices.
- To update documents and regular inspection and maintenance in compliance with ISO requirement. Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly schedule maintenance follow the ISO register documents.
- 1. Ability in performing troubleshooting for:
a. Electrical devices

b. Mechanical parts

c. Pneumatic devices
- To incorporate Kaizen (continuous improvement) idea to improve machine efficiency and effectiveness.
- To upkeep flowering, fertilizer and grass cutting at warehouse compound.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field Water Treatment Plant / Facility & Maintenance is required for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
