**RETAIL STORE MANAGER-(AKEMI UCHI- SUNWAY VELOCITY, CHERAS KL)**
- Developing store strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic and optimise profitability
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and top-notch visual merchandising standards
- Provide insights on buying trends and customer needs
- Assess training needs and build career path for store staff through performance appraisals
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Retail Operations Manager

Job Requirement

Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, in the related field is required for this position
- Passionate in the retail environment and strives for operational excellence
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business, especially the store team
- Ability to work well within a team
- Results oriented and possess a keen eye for detail
