Project Management Officer

**Contract duration: 1 year**
As a **PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE PROFESSIONAL (PMO) - On Contract,**you will play a key role in supporting the daily operation of the project management through administrative and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- You will assist in preparation, compilation, organization and submission of project related documentation to internal, external suppliers and authorities.
- You will be supporting the Project Manager in coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- You will maintain up-to-date and systematic filling system for all project documents, both hardcopy and electronic records.
- You will be assisting and coordinate with project managers to gather data for reports, schedules, drawings, testing and commissioning documentation.
- You will ensure all project documentation adheres to company policies, quality standards and client contracture requirements.
- You will support for internal and external audit.
- You will facilitate smooth communication between internal stakeholders, subcontractors, clients and regulatory bodies.
- You will perform any other administrative works as assigned to support project management team.
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative role.
- Industry
- specific experience in similar project administrative or project. coordination role within healthcare or construction industry is added advantage.
- Fresh graduate with strong proficiency in the needed skills is encouraged to apply.
**Your attributes and skills**:
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet deadline.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Team player and able to work independently.
- Proficient in document management. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
