As a Team Leader of a Luxury Retail Store, you will be leading several functions, such as:
**1. SALES**
- Takes ownership and accountability for store and personal productivity.
- Assist in sales planning to achieve daily, weekly and monthly store targets.
- Assist to create a high energy, sales and service focused work environment.

**2. CUSTOMER SERVICE & CRM**
- Ensure all customers are being served according to the Company’s service standards.
- Consistently ensures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service.
- Support SM/ASM to manage and support team members with customer complaints.
- Acquire new customers to Ferragamo database.
- Develop customer relationships by providing customers regular updates.
- Assist to monitor, motivate and supervise team members to develop customer relationships.
- Promote and maintain an energetic presence and create a high level of enthusiasm on the sales floor.

**3. STORE STAFF MANAGEMENT**
- Work with SM/ASM to mentor/motivate all staff to drive sales and achieve sales objectives; provide on-the-job training and development for all staff.
- Assist to resolve conflicts with team members in a timely and productive manner.

**4. STRATEGIC PLANNING / ORGANIZING / EXECUTION**
- Assist to identify potential obstacles or issues and provide Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager with solutions to overcome.
- Assist in developing plans to address key business issues and utilize plans to impact business and achieve desired results.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills.

**5. CASH MANAGEMENT**
- Responsible for the store’s payment transactions and ensuring that the register is balanced at the end of each day.
- Responsible for tourist tax refund processing (where necessary).
- Manage petty cash float and payments to third party vendors.

**6. STOCK MANAGEMENT**
- Ensure stock rooms are kept neat and tidy at all times; stock should be kept in appropriate order for ease of access when serving customers.
- Ensure all stock transfers into and out of the store are properly recorded to minimize stock loss.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
