。We are looking for a **Social Media Performance Marketer/Digital Marketer** to manage and grow our online presence, drive traffic and convert leads into sales. You will play a key role in executing digital strategies that directly impact revenue, particularly through platforms such as TikTok, FB and Google.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media platform to **drive E-commerce traffic and sales.**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ROAS and customer acquisition cost.
- Track customer journey and improve conversion rates through funnel optimization.
- Engage with customers online to build trust and maintain good relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing or E-commerce
- Analytical, data-driven and sales-focused mindset
- Good communication skills in **Bahasa Malaysia**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in running paid ads and tracking ad spend performance
- Understanding of Malaysian consumer behavior and online shopping trends
