**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Tech Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will manage:

- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top tech talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs, craft job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions to optimize the hiring process.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies to proactively adjust recruitment strategies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the tech talent landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.luent written and spoken English.
- Ability to leverage data to drive hiring strategies.
