Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with business development of company's operations, including:
1) To lead, motivate and manage a team of salesmen to work towards set business targets.
2) Able to resolve subordinate related motivation / disciplinary issues independently.
3) Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the oil & gas / marine market segmentation.
4) Developing and implementing creative sales strategies to achive set targets.
5) Building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating and executing business strategies to drive growth.
6) Conducting market research, analyzing trends, and presenting sales reports to the management team.
