Setting up, cleaning, and organizing workstations.
- Prepares all menu items according to the meal plan; follows standardized recipes for accurate food preparation. Ensure everything in order and adequate to avoid delay in production.
- Prepares and cooks meals required for inpatients and cafeteria as directed by dietitian or chef.
- Assembles meals on patient meal trays.
- Conduct all required logistic needs for the maintenance of food and equipment par stock levels, stock rotation and food transfers. Maintains records of food used and supply on hand. Always ensures adequate raw materials for cooking and assist Chef in ordering raw materials.
- Maintain cooking procedure according to food health and safety standards.
- Cook, clean, assist other cooks where applicable. 9. Maintain highest standard of sanitation and hygiene within all kitchen areas. Ensures proper storage of food.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
