**Job Overview**:
As a **Kitchen Assistant**, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining the kitchen's smooth and efficient operation. You will support the chefs in food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Food Prep**: Help chefs with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients.
- **Kitchen Maintenance**: Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including cleaning countertops, floors, and cooking equipment.
- **Dishwashing**: Operate dishwashing machinery and wash kitchen tools, pots, and pans manually when needed.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor and restock ingredients and supplies, ensuring everything is in place for efficient kitchen operations.
- **Waste Management**: Dispose of kitchen waste properly and follow waste management procedures.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety at all times, following the restaurant's food safety guidelines.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a kitchen assistant, food handler, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and carry heavy loads (up to 20kg).

Pay: RM1,650.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
