Officer, Finance

**Responsibilities**:
- Record and verify payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare invoices, update customer accounts, and assist in tracking overdue payments.
- Assist with cash handling, including counting, summarizing, and depositing cash/cheques.
- Support month-end closing activities, including preparing schedules and reconciliations.
- Update and maintain asset and inventory records.
- Participate in stock takes and ensure proper inventory management.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in budgeting activities.
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Manager Finance.
**Education / Professional Qualification**
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
**Relevant Experience**
- Minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
