Job Description:
- To manage Accounts Payable (AP) for Region Johor such as process vendor invoices, petty cash, utilities, filing and reconciliation against vendor’s statements.
- To manage Accounting for Region, to ensure accruals and charging of accounts are correct and according to SOP of Finance Department.
- To Involve in stock count quarterly & upon request
- To ensure completeness of documents AP and filed accordingly.
- To adhere and observe all the government laws and regulations, IMS, Quality Assurance Program and Company’s rules and regulations.
- To ensure actions and decisions are always guided by the Company’s mission and key corporate values.
- Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.
Job Specification:
- Diploma/Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business Administration or any related field.
- Knowledge in Financial Reporting Standard
- Skill on Microsoft office ,SAP & Communication skills
- Work Experience : at least 1 year experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
