**Visual Content Creation**
- Design and edit digital assets (e.g. posters, infographics, and videos) for internal and external communications.
- Develop merchandise designs (e.g. t-shirts, event materials, etc.).
- Ensure all visuals align with corporate branding guidelines.

**Photography & Videography**:

- Capture high-quality photos and videos of internal and external events and activities.
- Edit photos and videos for internal and external communications and social media platforms.

**Event & Communication Support**:

- Support internal and external events, including quarterly meetings, exhibitions and employee engagement activities.
- Support with logistics, setup, and promotional materials.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance communication campaigns and engagement initiatives.

**Qualifications / Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia
- Open for Fresh graduate or those currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or Cap cut are a plus)
- Excel academically with minimum CGPA 3.00 or second class upper or equivalent
- Minimum duration would be 12 weeks or above
- Compulsory internship placements by university

**Desirable**:

- Passionate about visual storytelling and corporate communications.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Able to accommodate occasional Global online meetings (maximum three times a month, UK time (AM)/ MY time (PM)
- Good communication skills and creative mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
