**Job Description**:
As Online & Marketplace Manager, Southeast Asia, you are responsible for driving Monki business and growth in SEA markets across our digital sales channels. We have just recently launched with marketplace partner in the Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore, and going forward with growth potential in current partnership as well as in new ones across SEA markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overall performance in Monki online sales channels through driving traffic, acquiring new customers and maximizing the commercial plan.
- Secure the best online customer experience through setting site plan with partners based on sales tendency, commercial plan and Monki merchandising and marketing teams.
- Ensure balance of commerciality, inspiration and brand integrity in all activities.
- Accountable for setting the online channel budget and following up the P&L, supported by controlling.
- Analyze and follow up on daily sales reports, budgets and other available tools to secure right timing, pricing and product presentation, taking necessary actions to drive selling.

Team:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with the SEA regional team and global teams to establish a customer journey that drives profitable digital selling towards set targets
- Drive objectives together with the Monki team and partners to secure commercially and visually strong product placement and communication
- Collaborate with Marketing
- and Merchandising team to align content with the overall Monki plans to ensure an omni channel experience in both our digital
- and physical channels
- Provide constant and structured in-depth customer digital behavior analysis to the regional
- and global teams to follow up on actions taken and to identify OMNI opportunities
- Liaise and influence external partners to ensure we maximize exposure and selling for Monki
- Reporting to global Wholesale & Franchise Manager (based in Sweden)

**Qualifications**:

- Strong experience from driving digital sales through online marketplaces in a Southeast Asia context
- Ability to think and work strategically; able to plan ahead and see opportunities/identify risks
- Proactive, creative problem-solver with a strong business mindset
- Open minded and showing a flexible approach in daily work and towards challenges
- Structured and organized
- Communicate in an open, straightforward and clear way
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, also engaging in collaborative teamwork.
