**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Training Materials**: Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and tutorials that cater to various skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
- **Conduct Training Sessions**: Provide group and one-on-one training sessions, workshops, and webinars on BIM software, techniques, and best practices.
- **Curriculum Design**: Develop and implement training programs based on current industry standards, trends, and software updates.
- **Assess Learners**: Evaluate the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback to ensure their skills meet industry requirements.
- **Stay Updated**: Continuously update training programs to incorporate the latest developments in BIM technology and processes.
- **Provide Support**: Offer post-training support to trainees, answering questions and troubleshooting software issues.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project teams, HR, and management to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and project requirements.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A degree or certification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
