**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage training programs on AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for staff at various skill levels.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Assess training needs and adapt content to meet the requirements of different teams.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff as they integrate BIM tools into their workflows.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and software advancements to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify specific BIM challenges and provide targeted training solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience using and teaching AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software.
- Strong understanding of BIM concepts, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects.
- BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Instructor) is a plus.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 20 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
