**What You Will Do**:

- Be accountable for the achievement of sales, expense and customer visit frequency targets for assigned territory, as defined by regional plan.
- Develop & enhance existing relationships with customers while working independently & maintaining own schedule.
- Advise customers on quality assurance & conduct customer store visits to help maintain clean and sanitary establishments.
- Provide food safety & sanitation advice, as well as education & training at store level.
- Utilize problem-solving & trouble-shooting skills to install & maintain dispensing systems.
- Maintain accurate customer service/activity records and provide monthly reporting.
- Perform installation and maintenance of equipment as necessary.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures and follow safe work practices.
- Lead and guide the Field Service Representatives.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum Degree holder in any discipline.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to lift / carry weight, e.g., 15 kg.
- Available for regular business travel.
- Excellent planning & organizational skills.
- Experienced in managing and leading a small team.
- Strong relationship management capability with outstanding consulting skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results & possess a strong competitive desire to become a top performer.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Full-time professional experience in a food service, hospitality or grocery environment with field sales experience.
- Mechanical skills with experience in mechanical installation and repair.
