**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Report to Production Manager and GM-Factory on important daily issues
To prepare / record daily report on environmental issues
Supervise and coordinate activities of engineers, production workers and helpers.
Identify potential source of pollution and propose appropriate mitigation plans and supervise corrective measures to take
To keep abreast on all current and new legislation, code of practice pertaining to environmental activities
Coordinate all aspect of pollution control, waste management and recycling programs
To manage waste water treatment plant final discharge water meet DOE standard requirement and ensure daily water treatment quality before discharge
To respond and conduct industrial effluent treatment process control and
Monitoring effectively and efficiently and suggest any improvement
To conduct periodic check and routine inspection to treatment processes according to the system recommendation and checklist
To prepare regular performance monitoring report as authorities such as DOE requirement
Provide technical support and implementing of preventive and corrective Maintenance schedule system to reduce unexpected equipment breakdowns and minimum impact to production
Responsible for planning, managing for any new extension, renovations, maintenance to ensure the facility runs smoothly and according to planned schedule to meet the needs of the organization
To establish and implement the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) program
To define and implement recommendations related to sustainability and ESG program policies and procedures, processes, internal controls, roles and responsibilities to lead company into Green Enterprise
Enforcement and ensuring compliance of all environment related issues inclusive of requlations / legislations
To liaise with related authorities such as DOE for licensing and etc
Develop and review procedures and systems and assist in their implementation
Schedule, coordinate and conduct Environment audits to maintain environment including legal compliance & Environmental performance, activities and issues.
Investigate sensitive environmental incidents and complaints
Develop and conduct Environmental training programs and assisting in identification of site training needs
Provide assistance and consultation on Environmental related matters to Sub-contractors,Clients, and any other related parties such as Department of Environmental
Ensure all scheduled waste are in accordance to requirement
Assist in the Powder line operating consists of waster water treatment, powder line pre-treatment (titration process to check chemical content)
Assist in the trouble shooting of Powder line equipments (Include powder line & spray booth)
Attend monthly Management Meeting
To prepare reports as and when required by the Production Manager and GM-Factory or the Management.
Overseeing work related to Safety and Health issue
Able to work extra hours as and when required
To carry out any other ad-hoc assignment and instructions as directed or instructed.

**JOB AUTHORITIES**

Competent person for CaPIETSO (PC), Certificate (Certificate Environmental Professional in Industrial Effluent Treatment System (Physical Chemical Process) & CePSWam
Preferably Specializing in Engineering - Environmental / Health / Safety or equivalent
Efficient and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Must be able to communicate with all level
Sound knowledge of requirements and compliance of ISO in regards to production
Strong leadership with good management and planning skills and able to give good solution to daily production problems and lead the factory workforce towards achieving optimum production
