**Job Vacancy: Temporary Admin Assistant (4-Month Contract)**
**Location: Bandar Baru Bangi**
**Contract Duration: October 2025 - January 2026**
**Salary Range: RM1,700 - RM2,200 (based on experience)**
We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and proactive individual to temporarily replace our admin staff who will be on maternity leave. This is a 4-month contract with a supportive team and a professional work environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general office administrative tasks
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and letters
- Handle filing and data entry
- Support tender documentation processes if needed
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Prior experience in admin is an advantage (but not required)
- Available to start work in October 2025
