**Qualifications**:

- SAP S/4 HANA Certification in FICO.
- At least 5 years of hands-on S/4 HANA Functional experience in FICO and Group Reporting. Including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- At least 3 full life-cycle implementations in FICO. Have personally led business blueprinting.
- Have experience in designing business processes across various industries.
- Regularly managed business stakeholders at Head of Department level.
- Have experience with setting up and nurturing a key user network.
- Have experience in hybrid (project and maintenance) environment. Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
