Role: P2DP SCF (IT) Functional Consultant

Reports to: Regional Finance Deployment Lead

Location: Kuala Lumpur

The PROJECT Program is a multi-year program which aims at defining and developing

the Global Template in order to simplify, standardize and automate business processes

and systems leveraging SAP's, industry and available best practices.

Purpose

As the P2DP SCF (IT) Functional Consultant, you are responsible for understanding 's

business processes and information needs, to identify, propose and drive solution

options that support the business needs within the PROJECT Global Template

deployment project.

Your primary responsibilities include:

● The Functional Consultant takes accountability for project success

● Exposure to SAP Finance Controlling, Project Costing & Material Ledger area.

● Responsible to deliver IT and Business deliverables in projects

● Supports development of To-Be processes based on user requirements within the

Supply Chain Finance (SCF) stream

● Supports during scoping and develops functional specifications & confirms

developments

● Configures system and documents configuration according to project standards

● Identifies and escalates configuration related conflicts with different projects in the

same SAP environment and other used systems / tool

● Supports creation test specification and preparation of test data (prepare testing

environment)

● Supports data migration and performs cut-over

● Provides country / site-specific system know how depending on project deployment.

You bring the following qualifications:

● Bachelor's or Master degree (Computer Sciences, Software Engineering,

Mathematical, Information Systems) or equivalent work experience;

● Minimum 8 years of SAP;

● Very good command of English language (speaking & writing) and work experience in

a multinational environment

● Good understanding and application of tools, principles, concepts, and techniques

related to requirements, data, usability and process analysis

● Has in depth knowledge of Finance Controlling, Project Costing & Material Ledger

business processes and understands cross functional / integration process flow, data

and the dependencies

● Understands in depth architectural framework for finance domain and the connected

portfolios/ interfaces

● Good Understanding of SolMan ALM methodologies

● Influencing capabilities up to directors in business and Informatics groups.

● Good conceptual ability by understanding complex problems/information and good

ability to abstract and represent the idea in a simple easy to understand way

● Good communication and business partnering skills

● Be able to manage ambiguity and conduct rapid prototyping to mature requirements

● Work in an agile environment and often on multiple initiatives in parallel

● Readiness to travel depending to the project/ services needs

● Experiences in Pharmaceuticals industry and processes is more advantageous
