1.Functional Consultant (Smart Manufacturing)

We are seeking an experienced Smart Manufacturing Consultant to drive the design, implementation, and adoption of Industry 4.0 solutions across manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will combine deep operational knowledge of production processes with expertise in digital technologies such as IoT, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), IIoT platforms, automation, data analytics, and shop-floor connectivity. This role supports clients or internal teams in transforming traditional manufacturing into agile, data-driven, and highly efficient smart factories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess current manufacturing operations and identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and performance optimization.
  • Design and implement smart manufacturing architectures, including IIoT sensor integration, real-time data collection, OEE tracking, and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Configure and deploy Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, PLC integration, and digital twin models aligned with operational KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to map "as-is" and "to-be" processes, ensuring alignment between IT, OT (Operational Technology), engineering, and production teams.
  • Integrate shop-floor systems (e.g., CNC, robotics, packaging lines) with enterprise platforms (ERP, PLM, QMS) via APIs, OPC UA, MQTT, or middleware.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics solutions for real-time visibility into production performance, quality, downtime, and energy usage.
  • Support change management, user training, and adoption of new digital workflows across plant personnel.
  • Ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 13374, IEC 62443, GxP if applicable).
  • Collaborate with technology vendors (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, PTC, SAP, Microsoft Azure IoT) to evaluate and deploy best-fit solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, process engineering, or digital transformation, with a focus on smart factory or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, SAP ME/MII, Honeywell), SCADA systems, and PLC/DCS environments.
  • Proficiency in IIoT protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus), edge computing, and cloud platforms (Azure IoT, AWS IoT, PTC ThingWorx).
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, machine learning use cases in production, and digital twin concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading end-to-end smart manufacturing pilot-to-scale deployments.
  • Knowledge of cyber-physical systems and industrial cybersecurity best practices.
  • Certifications such as Certified Smart Manufacturing Professional (CSMP), SAP Digital Manufacturing, Microsoft Azure IoT Developer, or Rockwell/ Siemens platform certifications.
  • Background in regulated industries (e.g., automotive, pharma, food & beverage, or electronics) is a plus.

2.Functional Consultant (Warehouse Management System)

We are seeking an experienced WMS Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of our Warehouse Management System. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into effective WMS solutions, drive process improvements in warehouse operations, and ensure seamless integration with other systems. This role requires deep functional knowledge of warehouse processes and hands-on experience with leading WMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from warehouse and logistics stakeholders.
  • Configure and customize WMS functionality (e.g., receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, labor management, yard management).
  • Lead solution design workshops and map "as-is" to "to-be" warehouse processes.
  • Support system integration between WMS and ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle), TMS, and automation systems (e.g., conveyors, AS/RS, RF scanners).
  • Develop and execute test scripts (unit, integration, UAT); support defect resolution.
  • Provide end-user training and create functional documentation (process flows, configuration guides, SOPs).
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and change management leads throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant on WMS implementations (e.g., SAP EWM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS Cloud, Infor SCM, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations: inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, cross-docking, wave management, and slotting.
  • Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems and material handling equipment (MHE) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with process automation, barcode/RFID technologies, and real-time data capture.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-site, or global deployment environments.
  • Certification in a major WMS platform (e.g., SAP EWM) is a plus.

3.Functional Consultant (Transport Management System)

We are seeking a skilled TMS Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of our Transportation Management System. The successful candidate will work closely with logistics, procurement, and supply chain teams to streamline freight operations, reduce transportation costs, and enhance end-to-end shipment visibility. This role requires deep functional expertise in transportation processes and hands-on experience with leading TMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from logistics, procurement, and carrier management teams.
  • Design and configure TMS functionality including freight order management, tendering, carrier selection, load optimization, route planning, tracking & visibility, freight audit & payment, and KPI reporting.
  • Map current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") transportation processes; identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
  • Support integration between TMS and ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle), WMS, and external carrier/3PL systems (EDI/API).
  • Lead testing activities (unit, integration, UAT), resolve defects, and ensure solution quality.
  • Develop functional specifications, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical developers, and change management teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

4.Functional Consultant (Supply Relationship Management)

We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant – Supply Relationship Management (SRM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of strategic procurement and supplier collaboration solutions, with a strong focus on e-bidding, supplier lifecycle management, and end-to-end procurement digitization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring e-bidding events (forward/reverse auctions), managing supplier portals, and integrating SRM with core ERP systems—ideally within platforms such as SAP Ariba, SAP SRM, Coupa, or Oracle SCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for strategic sourcing, e-bidding, supplier onboarding, performance management, and collaboration.
  • Design, configure, and manage e-bidding workflows, including event creation, bidder invitation, bid evaluation rules, auction setup (reverse/forward), and award recommendations.
  • Implement and support SRM modules covering supplier registration, qualification, risk assessment, KPI tracking, and self-service portals.
  • Configure catalog management, approval hierarchies, compliance rules, and integration points with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle).

  • Proven implementation or support record with SAP Ariba Sourcing & Contracts, SAP SRM (with Bidding Engine), Coupa Sourcing, or Oracle Sourcing Cloud.
