Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end ERP implementation cycles (requirements, configuration, UAT, deployment).
  • Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping with clients.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for the tech team.
  • Provide consulting support, training, and documentation to end users.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate system enhancements.
  • Work with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Support post-implementation review, change management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation (any module).
  • Experience with enterprise software implementations will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of business processes — finance, accounting, procurement, operations, etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Experience in SQL queries or basic technical understanding is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM8,000.00 per month
