Account and Admin Assistant

**Administrative Duties**:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Participate in Tenders procedure.
- Support HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and attendance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment
**Accounting Duties**:
- Perform data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in preparation of financial documents such as invoices, bills, and Client statements
- Reconcile bank and supplier statements
- Liaising with tenants in all matters related to property management, included tenancy renewal or handover.
- Support external audits and compliance checks
**Requirements**:
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, experience in SQL accounting systems will be added advantages.
- Required language: English, Malay, ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Able to work independently and meet datelines.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
