JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
- Day-to-day producer for in-house production for Astro SuperSport on Formula 1 and digital content for Stadium Astro & Astro Arena.
- Producing exclusive digital sports content for Astro SuperSport.
- Amplifying the growth on Digital for Stadium Astro & Astro Arena.
- Publishing and delivery of assets onto the Astro Go/On Demand platform.
Responsibilities & Areas of Accountability:
- Producing - Producing In-house shows and live sports including managing editorial planning, and technical delivery.
- Coaching To invest time and effort to train peers and subordinates in the production environment.
- Revenue - Involved in publishing of relevant sports content on the digital space that drives digital ad revenue and engagement with the overall sports community.
- Digital - To ensure the Sports content proposition on the On Demand service is published in a professional and timely manner for all Sports customers.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Able to interact with all levels of people and possess a service-oriented mindset
- Ensure all deliverables meet creative quality expected and set by Manager
- Independent, self-motivated, flexible, able to adapt and possess positive attitude
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Able to work weekends & odd hours
- Good Knowledge in International & Local Sports
- Strong understanding of link between business and content
- Ability to work well together with internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on skills in the latest version of Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Photoshop
- Responsibilities also include staying up to date on trends that can amplify the companies digital platform
- Familiar with Google Analytics
Education and Experience:
- 5 Years of experience in local and international sports content and production
- 5 Years of experience working in a sports broadcasting environment
- 5 Years of experience working on digital content in a sports-related capacity
