- A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline, along with at least 3 years of experience in a Master Data Management function.
- Strong soft skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, adaptability, effective communication, and the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

As a Master Data Coordinator within our Enterprise Data Tower, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely maintenance of business-relevant master data that supports FrieslandCampina’s global operations. You will be responsible for processing and validating master data creation and change requests in line with our governance standards and data quality policies.

Daily, you will act as the first point of contact for master data queries, providing support to cross-functional stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance teams. You’ll monitor data flows, run reports, and proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring consistent and reliable data across systems. Your role includes facilitating the timely resolution of issues and keeping stakeholders informed about the status of their requests.
- This position offers the opportunity to collaborate within a global network and contribute directly to the effectiveness of end-to-end business processes. Your attention to detail and service-oriented mindset will help deliver value not only to internal teams but also to our member farmers, customers, and consumers. Familiarity with the SAP ECC6 system, as well as a solid understanding of master data’s impact on business performance, will set you up for success in this role.
