Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications.
- Measuring and quality checking on building materials.
- Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them.
- Inform relevant consultants & company on the issuance of NCR (Non Compliance Report) to contractor if the work done is not compliance to the building contract and specification.
- Keeping detailed records of work.
- Referring to plans and taking photographs of work, along with measurements and samples.
- Liaising with contractors, engineers and surveyors.
- To notify contractor on work which does not comply to required quality standard, construction drawing and specification.
- To verify the daily reports, progress reports, or any other related documentation, upkeep inspection forms, and control of quality records.
- To issue Site Memo and highlight a concern to the awarded contractor if the work done not as per contract award.
- Ensure safety at work.

**Job Requirement**
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage)
- 2 Full-Time position available.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
