Cake Mixing, Baking and Packing

**Cake**:
- Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, cookies and mousse.
- Follow SOP accurately to ensure consistent quality and taste.
- Accurate measurement and mixing of ingredients according to recipes.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results..
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory management of all ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and arrangement of ingredients according to FIFO.
**Packing**:
- Package finished bread products efficiently using line packing machine in compliance with quality standards.
- Label all products accurately, including production dates and types.
- Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Assist in managing inventory and keeping accurate records of production.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a cake and cookies production environment preferred.
- Ability to follow recipes and adhere to production schedules.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality in all aspects of work.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
IMMEDIATE VACANCY
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
