- Menyusun kalendar kandungan untuk memastikan penyampaian mesej yang konsisten di semua platform digital.
- Menjalankan kajian pasaran & trend semasa untuk menghasilkan kandungan yang relevan dan menarik minat sasaran pelanggan.
- Bekerjasama dengan pasukan content creator, jualan, dan marketing untuk menyokong kempen promosi dan pelancaran produk.
- Menganalisis prestasi kandungan (reach, engagement, conversion) serta menyediakan laporan prestasi dan cadangan penambahbaikan.
- Memastikan kandungan menepati identiti jenama (**brand voice**) dan garis panduan syarikat.

**Kelayakan**
- Ijazah/Diploma dalam Pemasaran, Komunikasi, Media, atau bidang berkaitan.
- Pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1-2 tahun dalam pemasaran kandungan, digital marketing, atau media sosial.
- Kemahiran menulis dan menyunting kandungan dalam Bahasa Melayu & Inggeris dengan baik.
- Pengetahuan tentang SEO/ Google Analytics/Meta Ads / TikTok Ads adalah satu kelebihan.
- Kreatif, proaktif, mampu bekerja secara individu atau berpasukan.
- Kemahiran reka bentuk asas (Canva/Adobe) digalakkan.
