**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform **data entry**, document preparation, and filing (both physical and digital).
- Handle **invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders** accurately.
- Maintain proper **inventory and production records** in coordination with warehouse and production teams.
- Assist in **HR-related tasks**, such as attendance tracking and staff documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers on documentation needs.
- Support quality control records and compliance documentation (e.g., HACCP, GMP if applicable).
- Ensure administrative processes follow company SOPs and food safety standards
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **SPM / Diploma** in Business Admin or related field.
- **1-2 years** of admin or clerical experience (manufacturing or F&B preferred).
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good written and spoken communication in **English and Bahasa Malaysia** (Mandarin is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with **basic inventory or production systems** is an advantage.
- 5 days working ( 8am to 6pm)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
