Senior or Junior Clerk
Our company require candidates with at least SPM education level.
General office clerks typically do the following:
- Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
- Coordinate with our drivers for collection and deliveries
- Provide general information to staff, clients, workers
- Purchasing of raw materials from supplier
- Prepare and process bills and other office documents
- Prepare quotation, purchase order, invoices, sales order, SQL system
- Filling
- Handle admin and daily operation activities
- basic accounting knowledge would be an advantage but not compulsory
- if know E invoice would be advantage, if dont know (learn as u work)
Note: If you are a senior lever clerk, we will negotiate your salary based on your experiences, skills & work dedication.
