**About the role**

We are seeking a Logistic and Purchasing Executive to join our growing team at True Eco Sdn Bhd in our Seri Kembangan, Selangor office. As a full-time permanent position, you will play a key role in managing our logistics and procurement operations to support the overall business objectives.

**What you'll be doing**
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics of product delivery, including scheduling, tracking, and optimising transportation routes
- Manage the procurement process for raw materials, equipment, and other supplies, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favourable terms, monitor performance, and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective stock management practices
- Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures
- Provide regular reporting on logistics and procurement activities to management
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall supply chain

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar logistic or purchasing role, preferably within the project, transport, or logistics industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental and organisational goals
- Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
