**Job Summary**:
**We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor** to lead and oversee our warehouse team, ensuring efficient operations for our growing e-commerce company that specializes in cleaning products. You will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, including overseeing warehouse assistants, ensuring smooth pick and pack operations, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate warehouse assistants in their daily tasks, including pick and pack operations, inventory management, and shipping.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by monitoring and assisting with the picking, packing, and shipment of products according to packing standards.
- Generate and manage Airway Bills for shipments, ensuring correct documentation and timely courier pickups.
- Oversee the receiving process, ensuring all incoming shipments are inspected, recorded, and stored according to company standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and work with the warehouse manager to organize stock and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Supervise the maintenance of warehouse organization, ensuring products are arranged for easy accessibility and that cleanliness standards are upheld.
- Monitor warehouse team performance and productivity, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies, damages, or defects in products, ensuring they are properly recorded and reported.
- Ensure safety protocols and operational efficiency are followed at all times.
- Manage the allocation of tasks and resources to ensure the timely completion of all warehouse operations.
- Report directly to the Warehouse Manager and assist with reporting and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Male applicants only.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Ability to operate a forklift and reach truck.
- Proficient in basic computer systems for record-keeping and generating reports.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to adapt to changing requirements.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse management role.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
