To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with experience in handling perishable goods and managing daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all warehouse operations related to inbound and outbound stock movement of fresh produce.
  • Ensure all goods are received, stored, and dispatched according to FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.
  • Monitor product shelf life, freshness, and quality, ensuring timely rotation and minimal wastage.
  • Conduct daily and weekly inventory checks, ensuring stock accuracy in the system.
  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and temperature control for all fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Coordinate closely with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in compliance with company SOPs and local regulations.
  • Prepare and submit daily stock movement and inventory reports to management.
  • Lead and train warehouse staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and best handling practices.
  • Any others task assigned by The Management Team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse supervision experience, preferably in the fresh produce, F&B, or cold chain industry.
  • Strong understanding of FIFO principles, product shelf life management, and temperature-controlled storage.
  • Hands-on experience in inventory control and stock reporting systems.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and cold storage environment.
  • Physically fit and willing to be involved in warehouse operations.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel / inventory software).
