**Primary Objective**:

- Develop and implement frameworks, reviews, propose improvements and implements the HR Group’s Policies and Procedures.

Undertake the role of a Business Risk Compliance Coordinator and assist the Business Risk Compliance Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
HR Governance Role:

- Review, evaluate and complement current policies and guidelines in HR processes in accordance to the Group’s policies and statutory regulations;
- Develop Group Human Resource (“GHR”) Governance and related frameworks to ensure compliance;
- Review, propose improvements and implement GHR’s policies and procedures;
- Provide specialist advice and support in relation to GHR’s governance/policies and procedures;
- Ensure GHR is in compliance with all relevant regulations, legal requirement and internal policies/process;
Business Risk Compliance Coordinator:

- Provide advisory and support on all compliance and risk related matters for all GHR functions.
- Ensure annual compliance health checks are designed, conducted and reported by GHR.
- Ensure compliance, risk and business continuity assessments are developed, reviewed, conducted and/or reported by GHR.
- Ensure all risk tools exercises are conducted and reported by GHR including the review of risk tools on an annual basis.

Coordinate responses by GHR for ad-hoc compliance reviews as well as providing support and guidance where necessary.

Bachelor Degree - Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field..

Possess at least 1 - 2 years of experience / knowledge in governance / compliance or HR functions
