**Primary Objective**:

- Accountable for successful delivery of the project and ensuring benefits realization. Project may be standalone or part of a wide
- Ensure that the department’s requirement are met, the projects assigned are completed on time and within budget
- Reviews, analyzes and provides solutions to business units, ideas, trends etc. that will positively impact business and operations effectiveness

**Key Responsibilities**:
Office Based at Level 1 IT Block Bangi, Machine & Branch Infra Enhancement Specialist
- To engage with internal & external stakeholders on system/product requirement.
- Raise Change Request on any new project or system enhancement relating to SST.
- Preparation of TCOE (Testing Centre of Excellence) Test Strategy, Test Condition and Test Script.
- Ensure User Acceptance Test and system verification is thorough and completed within the timeline assigned.
- Verification during implementation on any project.
- Engagement with stakeholder for issuance of circular and manual updates on system enhancements.
- Involved in DRP (Disaster Recovery Process) with IT and Channel Support team.
- Support branch on the SSTs operational issues.
- Support Channel Support operation team on Aptra & Nectar system.

Office Based at Level 12 Tower 3 RHB Centre Jalan Tun Razak, Branch Infra & SST Management Specialist
- Ensuring CAPEX is to evaluate as per BSCO requirement.
- Acquisition processing on all the branch/SST assets.
- Engaging with stakeholder on the tender and vendor selection process.
- Coordinating devices delivery, acceptance of equipment.
- Assisting on the cost management and payments.
- Updating on asset movements and listing for the branches.
- To support/assist branch devices issue and troubleshooting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - any related field.

1-2 years of relevant work experience is required.
