About the role

Duplex Infra Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Renovation Site Supervisor to join our team in Bandar Tasik Selatan, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our thriving renovation company.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Supervising and managing a team of skilled construction workers, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance and providing guidance and support
  • Liaising with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Maintaining detailed records of project progress, expenses, and workforce utilisation
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient solutions

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar site supervisor within the retail renovation industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
