What you'll be doing

  3. Oversee the health and safety of the work site, implementing safety protocols and procedures
  4. Monitor and report on project budgets, timelines, and resource utilisation
  5. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the renovation process
  6. Support the planning and scheduling of renovation tasks to meet deadlines
  7. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience as a site supervisor or foreman in the construction/renovation industry, with a focus on commercial projects
  2. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements
  3. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints
  5. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards
  7. Proficiency in using construction management software and technology
