**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on **Site Supervisor** to oversee our interior design & build projects. You will be responsible for managing daily site activities, ensuring that workmanship meets design standards, and projects are completed on time and within scope. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and confident in coordinating workers, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor **daily site operations**, ensuring timely progress and quality control.
- **Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, workers**, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflow.
- **Interpret technical drawings and design plans** to ensure on-site execution matches the intended design.
- Collaborate with **designers, quantity surveyors, and project managers** to resolve issues and maintain design integrity.
- Conduct regular **site inspections** and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Track **material deliveries** and site inventory to avoid delays or shortages.
- Maintain **daily site progress reports**, photographs, and records.
- Attend **site and coordination meetings** to provide project updates and highlight potential risks or delays.
- Ensure proper **site discipline, cleanliness, and safety practices** at all times.
- Take initiative in solving site-related problems and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of **ID-related works**: carpentry, electrical, wet works, ceiling, flooring, painting, etc.
- Able to **read and interpret drawings and specifications** accurately.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
- Willing to travel to project sites; **own transport is a must**.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, photo documentation, and mobile communication apps (e.g., WhatsApp).

**Bonus if you have**:

- Experience in high-end residential or commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of construction scheduling software or project tracking tools.
- Background in interior design, architecture, or construction management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
