About the role

Binsabi sdn bhd' is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Event Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As an Event Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of our events in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the success of our events and the satisfaction of our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise event setup, operation, and teardown activities
  • Coordinate with event crew, vendors, and clients to ensure timelines are met
  • Monitor on-site safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback to management after each event
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are handled properly and returned after use

What we're looking for

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in related field
  • Experience in event setup or site supervision is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
  • Willing to work irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays
  • Possess own transport and able to travel to event sites
