As a Junior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day site operations, ensuring renovation works are carried out according to plans, quality standards, and safety requirements. This role requires a blend of basic technical knowledge, strong coordination skills, and effective communication to align site teams, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Site Coordination & Supervision

  2. Assist in daily site supervision and ensure renovation works run smoothly.

  3. Coordinate with sub-contractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  4. Monitor workmanship quality to meet company standards.

  5. Ensure site activities comply with drawings, specifications, and design requirements.

  6. Project Progress & Reporting

  7. Update site progress daily and report issues to Project Manager / Designer.

  8. Take site measurements and ensure accuracy before fabrication or installation.

  9. Record site photos, work progress, and materials delivered to site.

  10. Quality Control & Problem Solving

  11. Check materials, finishes, and installation quality.

  12. Identify site problems and propose practical solutions.

  13. Follow up on rectification works and ensure timely completion.

  14. Health, Safety & Cleanliness

  15. Ensure workers follow safety rules and proper site SOP.

  16. Maintain site cleanliness and proper waste disposal.

  17. Report any hazards, defects, or unsafe practices immediately.

  18. Client & Team Communication

  19. Assist in attending site meetings with clients, designers, and contractors.

  20. Communicate clearly with team members to avoid delays or mistakes.
  21. Support Project Manager in coordinating schedules and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in Construction / Interior Design / related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of interior renovation works (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, wet works, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Able to read basic drawings (2D layout, elevation).
  • Good communication skills, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to sites.
