Job Description

We are looking for a Site Supervisor / Site Safety Supervisor (HVAC) to oversee and manage site activities for installation, servicing, and maintenance works. The ideal candidate will ensure all tasks are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, servicing, and maintenance activities.
  • Lead and manage technicians, subcontractors, and daily site operations.
  • Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and enforce safety procedures.
  • Prepare site progress and safety reports, and resolve on-site issues.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum3–5 yearsof experience in HVAC site supervision and/or safety supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, etc.).
  • Possession of CIDB Yellow Book, OSHA, or Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification is an advantage.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work at various project sites, including outside the Klang Valley.
