Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Supervisor, located in Klang Vallet, Outstation & oversea flexibility. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site activities, ensure safety regulations compliance, manage on-site personnel, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution. The role includes planning and managing production schedules, supervising on-site installations, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Production Planning, Renovation, and Fit Out
  • Skills in Furniture & Woodworking, Structural Construction, and Electrical Works
  • Proficiency in 3D Interior Design
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction or fabrication industry is beneficial
