We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Site Supervisor experienced specifically in Commercial Interior Design & Build projects — including office fit-outs, retail fit-outs, and corporate renovation environments.

This role requires someone who thrives at site, plans ahead, leads subcontractors effectively, and ensures high-quality workmanship aligned with timelines, safety requirements, and design intent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, design details, and schedule.
  • Manage subcontractors, including work allocation, progress tracking, quality assurance, and workmanship inspection.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Design Team to resolve site issues promptly.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings and maintain site safety compliance according to local regulations.
  • Monitor material delivery, installation quality, and method statements.
  • Track project progress and report daily/weekly status to management.
  • Assist in documentation including site reports, inspection forms, progress photos, test & commissioning records, and handover files.
  • Ensure housekeeping, safety, and security protocols are followed at all times on site.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial interior projects (office, retail, corporate fit-out).
  • Strong knowledge in construction sequence and interior finishing (partition, ceiling, MEP coordination, joinery installation, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (architectural, M&E).
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Punctual, responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 project processes is a strong advantage.
  • Willing to work based on site operational hours (extended hours/overtime when required to meet project deadlines).
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
