Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of our sewage treatment plant project based in Klang. The role involves supervising site activities, ensuring quality, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure work is executed according to project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor and manage site workforce and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with engineers for technical guidance and problem-solving.
  • Maintain daily reports on progress, resources, and site activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Environmental, or related engineering field.
  • Experience in STP construction or operations is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.
  • Strong communication, independent and organizational skills.
