Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Site Supervisor will oversee construction and renovation projects, ensuring that work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, supervising on-site workers, conducting safety and quality checks, and resolving any issues that arise during the project. The role requires effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.

Qualifications

  • Project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and supervise construction or renovation projects
  • Proficiency in technical aspects of construction, such as interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and ensure smooth project progression
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations, as well as the ability to conduct safety inspections
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring quality in all project deliverables
  • Hands-on experience in the interior design or renovation industry is highly advantageous
  • Diploma or professional certification in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field
