- 1. Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- 2. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- 3. Respond to customer needs and requests in a timely manner.
- 4. Answer phone switchboards and transfer calls and take messages
- 5. Post charges to customers and handle card and cash transactions efficiently.
- 6. Plan and assign workloads for front office associates.
- 7. Supervise associates in their assigned job duties.
- 8. Prepare operational and financial records for Manager to review.
- 9. Identify resource requirements and manage resource allocations to ensure complete coverage and continuous availability.
- 10. Assist in hiring and training associates in front office duties.
- 11. Evaluate the performance of associates and provide appropriate feedback.
- 12. Ensure associates follow company policies and operational procedures.
- 13. Schedule regular meetings to discuss about issues and updates.
- 14. Educate associates on safety, emergency and security procedures.
- 15. Must understand and follow all company policies and procedures and exceed service expectations.
- 16. Ensure all SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed.- 18. Must be punctual to work.
